Every day is a fashion show, and Bruinwalk is our runway.
The outfit a student chooses to wear to school can reveal a lot about his or her character— unless it’s finals week, during which there is a mutual understanding among students that the standard sweatpants-and-t-shirt combination is acceptable.
Although we share a religion, the Ha’Am staff is undoubtedly diverse and each individual is unique in his or her own beliefs, attitudes and even personal styles. This spontaneous photo shoot is surely proof that great taste and exceptionality comes naturally to the group.

“This outfit is all love and happiness. It’s my go at being as happy on the outside as I am on the inside. It’s important to love and be happy, and to love being happy.”
-Max
“I choose my sweaters very carefully. Just kidding, this is a hand-me-down from my dad. I do like to think that I am a sweater connoisseur, though. This one—intricately designed, full of contrasts, and redolent of some strong laid back vibes—seemed like a nice fit today.”
-Noah
“I wanted an outfit that worked with 75-degree weather. And the shoes matched, so, yeah.”
-Sarit
“Today’s outfit was inspired by Taglit (go on Birthright if you haven’t already!!), and the turtleneck was absolutely necessary as it became slightly chillier in the evening. Take note, friends: if you’re contemplating on how to stay warm, shielding your neck is the way to go!”
-Ellie
“Usually I’m a bit more colorful, but today I went with something out of James Dean’s playbook.”
– Yaacov
“I tend to stay at school from morning till night, so I chose to wear an outfit that would accommodate me both when it’s sunny during the day and chilly at night.”
