
What better way to combat the LA heat than with a delightfully refreshing frozen treat? These delicious Popsicles are simple to make and are the perfect way to wind down and cool off after a long day in the sun.

Total time: 15 minutes plus six hours to freeze

Ingredients:
One mango cut in 1/4 inch slices
Two kiwis, peeled and sliced in 1/4 inch thick pieces
1/2 cup blueberries
One cup strawberries, hulled and cut into thin slices
About two cups white grape juice
Directions:
Arrange fruit in three ounce Popsicle molds. Pour juice into each mold. Insert sticks and freeze for six hours.
****Leftover Popsicles can be kept in freezer for up to three weeks. If you do not have a Popsicle mold, you can improvise with paper or plastic cups and Popsicle sticks or straws.
